Job summary

Concourse is an early-stage startup delivering AI-powered software for state and local governments. This role focuses on end-to-end deployment for government clients, onboarding and go-live processes, and scalable deployment playbooks.

You will work with product, engineering, and government stakeholders to keep projects on track, address blockers, and leverage Claude to automate workflows and scale operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, implementation, deployment operations, or clientservices.
• Experience with government or enterprise customers in tech/SaaS.
• Strong project management skills and multi-deployment juggling.
• Comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage startup.
• Enthusiasm for AI and Claude tools.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end deployment of AI-powered solutions for state and local government clients


• Own customer onboarding, training, and go-live processes--ensuring smooth launches and rapid time-to-value


• Build and refine deployment playbooks, templates, and processes that scale across a growing client base


• Coordinate between product, engineering, and government stakeholders to resolve blockers and keep projects on track


• Track customer health metrics and proactively address risks to ensure high retention and expansion


• Use AI tools to automate deployment workflows, generate status reports, and scale the operations function

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, deployment operations, or client services


• Experience working with government or enterprise customers, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment


• Strong project management skills--you can juggle multiple concurrent deployments without dropping the ball


• High agency and comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage environment


• Enthusiasm for AI--you're excited to use tools like Claude to 10x your operational output


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Based in or willing to relocate to NYC for in-office work
