Job summary

Rillet in Palo Alto is seeking an ERP implementation lead to drive rapid, accurate deployment of our finance-focused ERP platform across customer organizations.

You will own requirements, configuration, data migration, and go-live, working with SaaS and enterprise clients while collaborating with product, finance, and services teams in a fast-paced environment.

Who We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation (e.g., Big 4 or implementation firms)

• Background in SaaS, high-growth technology companies, or implementation/consulting environments is strongly preferred

• Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Workday, etc.), including requirements, configuration, data migration, and go-live

• Strong understanding of core accounting workflows (close, reconciliations, ASC 606) and how they translate into systems

• Customer-facing with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Systems-minded with solid project management skills; able to run multiple workstreams

• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and highly detail-oriented

• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
