Idtus is seeking a Deployment Engineer in Arlington, VA, to join our Advanced Capabilities team. This role involves deploying and managing VMware environments and maintaining Linux servers, particularly in compliance with DoD security standards.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 3+ years of relevant experience. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $184,000 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in deployment, systems, or infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix-based environments.
• Experience with VMware technologies including vSphere/ESXi.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
• Administer and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) in virtualized environments.
• Support application deployments across development, test, and production environments.
