Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Deployment Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Linux Systems Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of AlmaLinux, CentOS, or RHEL environments.
• Proficiency in Ansible and Bash scripting.
• Experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
• Familiarity with OPSWAT security integration preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Git and AWS (EC2, S3, IAM).
• Strong troubleshooting, networking, and automation skills.
• Excellent documentation and collaboration habits.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain AlmaLinux servers for local and staging environments.
• Implement best practices for system setup including partitioning and hardening.
• Configure network interfaces, DNS, routing, and system-level firewalls.
• Set up secure SSH access, log rotation, and system monitoring.
• Maintain consistent baseline configuration using automation.
• Design and maintain Ansible playbooks for provisioning.
• Automate software deployments and manage containerized applications.
