Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer engagement, and product innovation. You’ll work directly with companies building cutting‑edge LLM applications—helping them turn ideas into production‑ready solutions across use cases like concierge search, code generation, agentic copilots, and more. You’ll deliver technical demos, lead workshops for developer audiences, and act as a trusted partner to customers as they design, refine, and deploy LLM‑powered systems. Internally, you’ll collaborate closely with sales to win deals and with engineering to translate customer needs into product improvements. You’ll also spearhead hands‑on special projects that put new product capabilities to the test. This role is ideal for engineers who love working with customers, thrive in fast‑moving environments, and enjoy both building and guiding. You’ll play a meaningful part in shaping how organizations adopt and scale LLM technology while influencing the direction of the product itself.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with companies on the frontier of LLM‑applications, bringing ideas to production‑ready apps
• Collaborate on a wide variety of LLM apps from concierge search, codegen, agentic co‑pilots and more
• Give technical demos across the entire product suite
• Lead trainings and workshops on best practices, targeted at developer audiences
• Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to win deals
• Collaborate closely with engineering, helping translate customer insights and feedback into product improvements
• Lead internally‑ and externally‑facing, special projects that dogfood our new products

Who You Are

• Have experience in a deployed engineers / solution architects role at a developer focused company
• Love working with customers or are aspiring future founders
• Have a strong engineering background and enjoy being a trusted partner to companies
• Like to find a way to “make it work” and bend towards action and service orientation
• Enjoy keeping up to date on the latest industry techniques
• Are comfortable presenting best practices to bigger teams

• Have minimum experience of 3+ years in a similar technical role: software engineering, customer engineering (and startup experience is a bonus)
