Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to lead a five-team, deployable inventory support operation supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution network and its financial audit readiness mission.

The Project Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations, coordinating personnel, inventory, warehouse activities, WMS processes, mock audits, and remediation efforts across the DLA Distribution network.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse, logistics, inventory, or DLA operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory management processes.
• Experience with multi-site teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead five deployable inventory teams and coordinate workload.
• Monitor inventory, warehouse, WMS, and audit-support activities.
• Coordinate deployments to CONUS and OCONUS DLA sites.
• Ensure contract requirements, performance standards, quality requirements, and deliverables are met.
• Review daily SITREPs, weekly status reports, and mock audit reports.
• Support mock audits and targeted remediation efforts.
