Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation seeks an experienced Supply Systems Analyst to support deployable inventory and DLA Distribution operations. You will analyze inventory, warehouse management, and workload data; assist in audit readiness, and serve as a WMS technical resource across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Applicants should have 3+ years in WMS environments, familiarity with DLA systems, and be willing to deploy up to two weeks at a time.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience with a Warehouse Management System within the past five years.
• Broad knowledge of supply, inventory, warehousing, storage, issue, packing, and transportation functions.
• Experience analyzing supply or logistics transactions and identifying operational problems.
• Experience with DLA WMS, DSS, Qlik, SAP or similar government logistics systems preferred.
• Must complete required WMS, mock audit, MHE, and other mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transactions and operational data to identify problems and systemic issues.
• Research and resolve supply, inventory, and warehouse management problems.
• Analyze proposed changes to supply systems, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with functional users to resolve operational issues.
• Serve as a WMS point of contact and technical resource.
• Perform WMS-MIS functions and develop QMF queries as required.
• Use WMS and other government data systems to analyze workload and performance.
• Support physical inventory, difference analysis, and remediation activities.
• Participate in daily workload planning meetings.
• Support mock audits and pre-audit inventory activities.
• Travel with the deployable inventory team to DLA Distribution Centers as needed.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and systemic issues affecting inventory accuracy and audit readiness.
• Provide technical input to reports and other contract deliverables.
