Job summary

Adecco is seeking a dependable Class C Driver in San Leandro, CA. This part-time role runs Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-2:00 PM, with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour. Responsibilities include operating a 26-foot box truck, delivering and loading equipment, and maintaining accurate delivery records.

The ideal candidate has a clean MVR, a valid CA license, and at least 2 years of route or delivery experience, with strong customer service skills and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of continuous route driving, delivery, or related experience.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean MVR.
• Experience driving a 16'-26' box truck preferred.
• Ability to lift, load and move equipment as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Preferred: logistics or field service operations experience.
• Experience using handheld devices or maintaining delivery records.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck (Class C vehicle).
• Transport equipment between assigned locations.
• Pick up, package, and secure equipment for safe transit.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain records of pickups, deliveries, and discrepancies.
• Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
• Load and unload medical equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries.
• Report vehicle maintenance concerns, accidents, or route issues promptly.
