The Departmental Manager provides specialized professional and administrative support to the BSBP Training Center. The manager will oversee staff such as Support Services, Dietary, Custodial, and Maintenance, manage class schedules, dietary menus, event planning, and maintenance for the facility and fleet. Responsibilities include managing fiscal and personnel activities, ensuring policy compliance, scheduling work, and participating in policy development. The role may involve performing tasks of subordinate staff as needed and is part of the essential staff team.

Work Schedule

  • Week 1: Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11:30pm
  • Week 2: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm

Note: Temporary onboarding hours are M-F 8-5 for the first 90 days; thereafter, the schedule reverts to the listed 2nd shift.

This is an in-person position.
