Meijer Inc. Florence, KY is seeking a Team Leader to plan, supervise, and coach the store team. You will drive customer service and sales while maintaining product presentation and company standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience and at least 1 year in a management position. Rotational assignments across departments and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store (meat, bakery, produce, deli) and customer service/product flow experience helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and provide direction to team members.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and address root causes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze financial and statistical information to inform decisions.
• Ability to mentor team members and teach suggestive selling.

Serves as the mentor and coach for all team members. Implements strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales while ensuring customer needs are met and service is quick and efficient.
