Job summary

Emplify Health in La Crosse, Wisconsin, is seeking a Department Supply Technician to ensure clinical departments have the products and resources needed for high-quality patient care. This part-time role offers 30 hours per week with daytime shifts, no weekends or holidays, and a supportive benefits package.

You will manage inventory, coordinate orders and deliveries, and collaborate with clinical teams and vendors to optimize supply processes and sustain uninterrupted patient care.

We are seeking a Department Supply Technician to join our growing and thriving organization. This role serves as a critical link between Supply Chain and Patient Care teams, ensuring clinical departments have the products, equipment, and resources necessary to deliver high-quality patient care.

What's Available

• 30 hours weekly, part-time
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 12pm-6:30 pm, 6-hour shifts
• No weekends, No Holidays
• Location: La Crosse, WI
• Department: Distribution (Supporting Obstetrics and Nursey units)

What you will do:

• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure clinical departments have the materials needed to support patient care.
• Order, receive, stock, and distribute medical supplies, equipment, and other essential products throughout hospital and clinic locations.
• Monitor inventory levels, product usage, expirations, and recalls maintaining compliance and preventing supply disruptions.
• Partner with clinical teams, Supply Chain, and vendors to improve inventory processes, resolve supply issues, and support operational efficiency.
