Overview

Department Supervisors lead, train, coach and develop associates in each department to ensure customers receive excellent service and can easily find the merchandise they need. They provide input into operational and merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team. Department Supervisors have strong product and operational knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach and develop associates in assigned department(s) to ensure excellent customer service and easy merchandise location.
• Provide input into operational and merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team.
• Maintain strong product and operational knowledge across assigned departments.
• Collaborate across store departments as needed (see below list for potential departments).
