Penn Medicine is seeking a part-time receptionist/secretary to join our team in Princeton, NJ. This role will handle reception, clerical tasks, data entry, and basic patient pre-registration activities in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities include answering phones, relaying messages, posting outpatient charges, greeting patients, and maintaining confidential files. Prior secretarial/reception experience and a high school diploma are required or equivalent experience.
