This position requires using approved programs to enter and save information, with an understanding of network mapping, paths, and file structures. The secretary should be capable of locating target files, saving files to different locations, and navigating through a large system's database with minimal instruction. Additionally, the secretary operates peripheral equipment and supports the efficient operation of the department.
