Responsibilities

• Create and manage POs for non-SSD hardware and track orders.
• Coordinate shipments to teams and external partners worldwide.
• Track inventories, shipments, builds, and purchase orders.
• Manage product and material orders, including Ariba usage.
• Assist with material inventory assessments and tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, kitting houses, and assembly partners.
• Monitor hardware usage after delivery to development teams.
• Support budget tracking and reporting for hardware.
• Assist with product board development and test infrastructure.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings across U.S., India, and Singapore.
• Support TPM team with additional logistics activities as needed.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join a Technical Program Management team supporting hardware product development. This role focuses on the logistical side of hardware ordering, inventory, shipment coordination, and delivery. You will work closely with Technical Program Managers, product development teams, vendors, and global teams to ensure hardware and materials are ordered and delivered accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for non-SSD hardware and track orders through delivery
• Coordinate shipments to teams and external partners worldwide
• Track databases, inventory, shipments, hardware builds, and purchase orders
• Manage product and material orders, including through Ariba
• Assist with material inventory assessments and tracking
• Coordinate with vendors, kitting houses, and assembly partners
• Track hardware/build plan usage after delivery to development teams
• Maintain accurate board and component identification and shipment information
• Support budget tracking and reporting for hardware
• Assist with product board development and test infrastructure activities
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with teams in the U.S., India, and Singapore
• Support the Technical Program Management team with additional logistics and supply chain activities as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Supply Chain experience or equivalent experience
• High school diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to quickly learn new processes, terminology, and systems
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or related industries
• Experience with shipment tracking, database management, and material coordination
• Familiarity with Ariba or similar procurement/order management systems
• Knowledge of electronic assembly processes
• Basic understanding of electronic components, assemblies, and board identification
• Deep engineering knowledge is not required, but candidates should be comfortable learning electronic component and hardware terminology because accuracy is important when ordering and coordinating these materials.
