About the Role

As a Department Manager, you’ll lead and support your team, fostering an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. Your role is to ensure an excellent operational and visual experience for the store, customers, and colleagues. You will analyze your store’s strengths, opportunities, and competitors, and develop plans to optimize sales, results, and profits.

A Day in the Life

• Managing the total OMNI customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial standards are met
• Representing yourself and the brand positively during customer interactions
• Identifying and acting on commercial opportunities within your department
• Setting and analyzing sales and budget goals, creating plans to achieve them
• Providing excellent customer service and promoting products and loyalty programs
• Managing your department efficiently and ensuring correct routines in fitting rooms and checkout

Fashion & Trend Awareness

• Staying updated with fashion trends, styles, brands, and competitors
• Ensuring your team shares product and fashion knowledge with customers

Team & Development

• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing your team
