Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a retail leader to direct service, selling, and styling across the store to create an engaging shopping environment. This role requires leading by example and ensuring customers feel welcome, heard, and valued while driving sales and key metrics.

You will oversee training and development under the CEM program, cultivate relationships with customers through the styling program, and support the Store Manager with events, forecasts, and peak-hour

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
