Von Maur is seeking a Department Manager to drive retail growth by building relationships, optimizing merchandising, and developing associates to deliver top-tier customer experiences. You’ll lead a team, train and coach, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure sales targets are met while maintaining exceptional service.
