Job summary

Nike Factory Store in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-volume store team. You will coach staff, drive customer service excellence, and execute store plans to achieve business results.

In this role, you’ll recruit and develop talent, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure a welcoming, energetic shopping environment. A passion for sport and strong interpersonal skills are key to success.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights and holidays as needed.
