Job summary

Nike Factory Dolphin in Miami, FL is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced Nike retail environment. This full-time role includes nights and weekends, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving store growth.

You will coach and develop team members, manage day-to-day operations, and execute Nike's service principles while fostering a culture of inclusion and community engagement.

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team that keeps store functions running seamlessly.
• Ensuring the store is staffed by attracting, assessing and onboarding future teammates.
• Equip store employees with tools needed to succeed in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Leading the store's team and business results/critical metrics, including budgeting, planning, a high level of customer service, sales, people leadership and management.
• Managing product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.
