Job Purpose

To act as a Brand Ambassador, responsible for achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives within the product category department. To manage and motivate the team to meet sales targets, deliver exceptional client service, and oversee departmental activities.

Responsibilities
Business
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and promote cross-selling among product categories.
  • Analyze department performance and implement actions to meet business objectives.
  • Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
  • Drive the team to exceed KPIs.
  • Stay updated on market trends and share insights.
  • Support e-commerce channel development.
Customer
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Enhance customer loyalty through engagement, supporting sales activities, and attracting new local customers.
