McDonald’s is hiring a Corporate-store Department Manager in Oklahoma. You will lead shifts, supervise Guest Service, Kitchen and People Departments, coordinate Training and Food Safety, and ensure excellent customer experiences across Front Counter and Drive-Thru areas.

The role emphasizes hiring and developing crew, scheduling to meet goals, and maintaining a fast-paced, positive workplace. 18+ and prior management experience preferred.
