Job summary

H&M is seeking a Department Manager in Florida to lead and inspire a store team, drive visual and commercial excellence, and maximize store profitability. You will champion an inclusive culture, analyze sales performance, and implement plans to improve results while maintaining strong customer service and brand standards.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, onboarding, and development, as well as coordination with Visual Merchandisers to ensure compelling product
