Responsibilities

• Work the floor with staff to model a positive environment and engage customers.
• Maintain professional, courteous attitudes at all times.
• Engage with customers to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
• Order products, manage inventory, and rotate stock.
• Set up and dismantle product displays; monitor pricing and promotions.
• Schedule staff and monitor attendance; ensure store goals are met.
• Ensure quality, freshness, and safety of products; check deliveries.
• Train staff on equipment use and safety procedures.
