McDonald's Restaurants Limited in Iowa is seeking a Company Manager to lead a franchised restaurant’s daily operations. You will supervise the Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold quality standards across shifts.

Ideal candidates have prior managerial experience in hospitality and are comfortable with flexible schedules, coaching staff, and meeting sales/profit goals in a high-energy McDonald’s environment.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts weekly and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
