McDonald's franchise-owned restaurant in Texas is seeking a Department Manager to lead shifts and departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, People) delivering fast, friendly service and strong operation standards.

Ideal candidates bring managerial experience in hospitality or retail, enjoy coaching teams, and can maintain 18+ age requirement while working flexible schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• We are looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun and the passion to work in the famously fast-paced McDonald's environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise-owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service on every visit.
• Oversee Departments (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management) and report results to the team.
• Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience and that service areas are organized for optimal service.
• Ensure the Kitchen Department delivers quick, high-quality food and maintains food safety and production standards.
• Hire, train and schedule Crew to meet sales and profit goals.
