This position is for a Department Manager in Training. Ideal candidates should have previous Assistant Manager or long-term Shift Leader experience. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older for this position.

Department Managers lead shifts just like Shift Leaders to ensure customers get fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. Department Managers also lead a Department. Responsibilities may include managing assigned systems, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, motivating their teams, following up on assigned tasks, creating action plans to improve results, and training other restaurant employees. There are 3 Department Managers in each restaurant.

Department-specific responsibilities include:
Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience
  • LTOs are executed at a high level
  • Service staff are trained in service procedures
  • Community involvement initiatives are executed effectively
  • Maintaining cleanliness of assigned area and planned maintenance of equipment
Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Ensuring the restaurant delivers quality food quickly
  • Food safety and managing food costs
  • Completing inventory counts and truck orders
  • Training kitchen staff
  • Maintaining cleanliness and equipment upkeep
People Department Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Interviewing, Hiring, Onboarding, Retention, Scheduling
  • Crew and Manager Training
  • Executing Monthly FUN calendar
  • Fostering a positive culture and maintaining cleanliness and equipment

Previous managerial experience is required, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast-paced environment. You must be 18 years or older.
