Job summary

Runnings in New York, NY is seeking a Department Manager for the Hardware department. You will lead merchandising, drive sales, and deliver the highest level of customer service while reporting to the Store Manager. The role requires ability to work days, nights, and every other weekend.

You will coordinate product merchandising, manage inventory, assist customers, collaborate with Retail Buyers, and train new team members. Safety and efficient operations are essential.

Qualifications

Job description

We have a career opportunity's as a Department Manager of our Hardware department. The Department Manager is responsible for merchandising and sales within his or her assigned department. Department Managers are responsible to provide the highest level of customer service and report to the Store Manager. This position will require ability to work days, nights, and every other weekend.

Hourly Pay Range: $17.00-$18.00 Depending on Experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct and coordinate the merchandising of assigned products.

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma preferred
• Customer Service training and or experience preferred.
