Responsibilities

• Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are performed well, that service staff are trained in procedures, and that Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.
• Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant delivers great quality food, quickly and safely, foods cost is controlled, and that kitchen staff are trained in procedures.
• People Department Manager’s responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; ensuring Crew start well and are recognized and motivated.
