  • Manages activities so an adequate profit is earned on all projects.
  • Reviews monthly productivity and man-hour utilization-rates, reports and makes adjustments as needed.
  • Assigns projects to staff and schedules work.
  • Evaluate Employee Performance in accordance with company policy.
  • Oversees assigned staff development and advancement.

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Department Manager to join our growing Civil/Site group, with the position based out of our Tampa, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, or Maitland, Florida offices.

In this leadership role, you’ll drive high-impact projects, elevate team performance, and shape long‑range strategies that propel our work and your career forward. You’ll mentor talented professionals, guide complex technical initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
