Department Manager - Birch Run Premium Outlets

Join us as a Department Manager - Birch Run Premium Outlets at Nike.

Overview

As a Nike Department Manager, you are the face of NIKE, leading a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Your diverse experience helps guide customers to make the best decisions, focusing on customer service and team leadership. We believe everyone has an athlete within, and you will bring this passion for sport and customer service to life by training your team, implementing our Service Principles, and representing our global culture of sport and community.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure your store is staffed by recruiting, assessing, and onboarding new team members.
  • Equip your team with the necessary tools for success.
  • Drive store performance through business results, including sales, customer service, and operational metrics.
  • Manage product lifecycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and sales floor.
Qualifications
  • At least three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
  • One year of leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
  • Experience with conflict resolution and employee coaching.
  • Availability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
