Job Title: Department Manager
Pay Range: $20.47 to $33.56
Role: Production or Retail.

Role Overview

The Department Manager will oversee either the service side of our stores or the back‑room product flow function (production). This multi‑faced position involves managing daily operations, ensuring a smooth customer experience, and coordinating inventory flow to support store performance.
