McDonald’s is seeking a Department Manager in Training in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will oversee department operations, lead shifts, and train team members to ensure fast, friendly service and high standards.

The role requires prior managerial experience, flexibility with schedules, and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction. Training and advancement opportunities are available within the franchise system.
