Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a 2nd Assistant to help lead restaurant teams in Minnesota. This role supports shift planning, customer service, safety, and profitability while collaborating with managers and crew to meet daily targets.

Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, with advancement opportunities based on performance and education. This position offers benefits and opportunities for growth within the franchise group.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Fast food restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to commute/relocate: Reliable transportation required

• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability.
• Planning for each restaurant shift, monitoring performance during all shifts.
