Department Assistant (Call Center) - Occupational Health

Monday - Friday 8-16:30 with occasional or possible weekends as needed. Will cross-train as check-in for front desk at clinic locations.

What You'll Do:
  • Answer and direct calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to the Occupational Health team.
  • Assist in managing patient records and coordinating with clinics across multiple locations.
  • Work closely with providers and staff to ensure efficient scheduling and workflow.
  • Support front desk check-in as needed at clinic locations.
