Veolia North America is seeking a Supervisory Waste Operations role focused on leading lab depack/repack of waste feeds to maximize revenue while ensuring safe practices and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with kiln operations, enforce environmental and safety standards, and supervise a team responsible for waste handling, tracking, and reporting.
The position requires a BS in Chemistry or related science (or equivalent experience) and 4–6 years in hazardous waste.

Responsible for supervising and scheduling day-to-day operational activities to include troubleshooting, health, safety, and environmental compliance issues and policies, quality assurance/control, determining cost of supplies versus labor, providing technical expertise on operational modifications, hiring and training of subordinates, etc. Assist immediate supervisor in the annual preparation of goals versus forecasted budgeted allowances as well as conducting special exploratory assignments. Lead the lab depack and repack of waste feed to maximize revenue in a safe manner. Coordinate and follow the waste feed plan to kiln.
