Job Description
Under general direction of NYC Health + Hospitals' Chief Technology Officer, proactively leads and implements the growth of a comprehensive Enterprise Architecture program, including establishing strategic roadmaps, continuous education and awareness of technology capabilities, infrastructure, departmental metrics and compliance standards. Develop teams, processes and associated support structures to effectively manage system-wide Enterprise Architecture, Site Reliability Engineering and other strategic programs throughout NYC Health + Hospitals to support the needs of Enterprise Information Technology Systems, users and patients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
1. A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems or technology, hospital administration, health care planning, or business administration and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in health care information technology, health and medical service administration, finance or an appropriate related discipline with an emphasis on strategic planning or technical operations; or,
2. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems or technology, hospital administration, health care planning, or business administration and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in health care information technology, health and medical service administration, finance or an appropriate related discipline with an emphasis on strategic planning or technical operations.
Special Note : A total of one (1) year of required experience, as described above, can be substituted by completion of a Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer, or Technology Leadership education program.
