Job summary

Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree required.
Active Colorado bar license required.
Progressive litigation experience with a focus on construction matters.
Experience with construction defect, delay, and related claims.

Responsibilities

Represent developers, builders, general contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors in construction defect litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Analyze CPM schedules and evaluate delay impacts, including concurrent delays and owner-caused delays.
Review contracts, change orders, and project documents to develop litigation strategies.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive documents; take and defend depositions.
Attend mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials; communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
