Job summary

Jobot, a leading developer/GC, seeks a Project Engineer for its Denver multifamily woodframe team. You will manage projects from inception to completion, coordinate internal resources and vendors, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 2+ years of PM experience, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as Project Engineer in multifamily woodframe construction.
• Proven project management from conception to delivery.
• Strong client-facing and written/verbal communication skills.
• Solid Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Managing multifamily woodframe construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for flawless execution.
• Developing detailed project plans and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Monitoring resource availability and allocation.
• Measuring performance with appropriate tools and techniques.
• Reporting to management and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
