Job summary

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a physician-owned medical group in Denver, Colorado, seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine physicians to join a dedicated team. You will provide compassionate, comprehensive care across post-acute and long-term care settings.

Clinics operate Monday through Friday with some schedule flexibility. You will round on patients in skilled nursing, acute, and long-term care facilities, traveling between locations.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible physicians for Family or Internal Medicine.
• Experience in post-acute and long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, comprehensive care across post-acute and long-term care settings.
• Round on patients in skilled nursing, acute care and long-term care facilities; travel between multiple facilities.

Job description

A physician-owned, mission-driven medical group in Denver, Colorado is adding a few Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine physicians to their team of dedicated professionals. You will provide compassionate, comprehensive care across post-acute and long-term care settings and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams.

Highlights

• Monday through Friday with some flexibility in schedule and APP support
• Round on patients in skilled nursing, acute care, and long term care facilities
• Travel between multiple facilities as needed; reliable transportation required
• See 18 patients per day
• Team approach coordinating with specialists and surgeons, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychology
• Minimal rotating weekend and holiday call duties - NO night call

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary Range is $275,000 - $300,000 plus performance bonuses
