PNC is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer based in the Greater Denver, CO area. You will recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines, manage a portfolio of client relationships, and pursue new opportunities through proactive outreach.

The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. This in-office role emphasizes customer focus, risk management, and reliable financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Typically requires <1 year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
• Education may be substituted by other combinations of education, certifications, and experience.
• Background checks as required by CFPB and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients’ requirements.
• Manages a portfolio of customer relationships. Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients. Responsible for sales calls.
• Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services; reviews documentation to ensure compliance. Manages customer pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
