Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience litigating insurance coverage and extra contractual cases.
• Colorado first- and third-party property and casualty insurance coverage, professional liability, UIM/UM, life, health and disability matters, and bad faith experience.
• Must be self-starter, able to manage their own litigation, and implement a discovery plan including depositions.
• Strong academic credentials with proven writing, research and litigation skills.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in Colorado.

• Manage own litigation, formulate and implement discovery plans, take and defend depositions.
• Evaluate potential insurance liability exposures and prepare case assessments.
• Balance multiple matters while delivering high-quality work.
