Job summary

Transworld Commercial Real Estate, a Prospere Companies division, seeks proactive Commercial Real Estate Brokers to handle sales, leasing, and acquisitions in the Denver metro area. Build relationships, leverage in-house marketing, and close deals in a fast-paced market.

You will operate under an uncapped commission model with robust deal support and onboarding. A Colorado real estate license and 3+ years CRE broker experience are required to succeed here.

Qualifications

• Colorado Real Estate license is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of commercial real estate broker experience.

Responsibilities

• Internal pipeline execution: leverage qualified leads to provide real estate solutions.
• Acquire clients and manage relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers.
• Facilitate commercial transactions including leasing, sales, and acquisitions; negotiate terms and coordinate due diligence.
• Develop business through networking and building a strong client base.
• Conduct market research and provide data-driven insights on property values and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and maintain accurate deal documentation.
