The Associate will work on sophisticated transactions for private equity sponsors, public and private companies, investors and other institutional clients, encompassing M&A, capital markets offerings and related securities matters.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of law firm experience in corporate practice.
• M&A, private equity, capital markets or securities experience.
• Excellent academic credentials and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated transactions for private equity sponsors, public and private companies, investors and other institutional clients.
• Handle mergers and acquisitions, capital markets offerings and related securities matters.
• Assist in cross-border and cross-functional deal execution in a national platform.
