Job summary

International College of Health Sciences (ICHS) seeks a Clinical Instructor to supervise nursing students during clinical rotations, teach best practices, and ensure compliance with site policies. You will provide feedback, document performance, and foster a supportive learning environment on-site in the Denver area.

The role requires active RN licensure in Colorado (or Compact State), 4+ years of RN clinical experience, and experience in nursing education or preceptorship. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Colorado or Compact State RN License required.
• Minimum 4 years clinical experience as an RN required.
• ASN from an accredited school; BSN preferred.
• Experience in clinical instruction, preceptorship, or nursing education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing students in clinical settings.
• Demonstrate best practices in nursing care and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and document student performance.
• Collaborate with academic leadership to align clinical objectives with course outcomes.
