Cognia is seeking a Lead Evaluator for Early Learning to provide personalized services to institutions in the accreditation evaluation process. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Birth through Kindergarten teaching experience.
• Experience in a leadership capacity within early learning programs.
• Certification for eleot and/or erel required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts various types of Cognia reviews.
• Delivers technical assistance and training to institutions.
• Facilitates training sessions for upcoming reviews.

Skills

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Leadership and interpersonal skills

Experience in education as a school or district leader

Knowledge of Cognia processes and protocols

Education

BS in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

M.Ed. Ed.D. or Ph.D. in educational leadership area
