Job summary

Aspen Dental in the United States is seeking an Entry-level Denture Lab Technician - Digital to learn digital denture production through our industry-leading training program. You will print and fabricate dentures, collaborate with dentists, and grow your skills with state-of-the-art technology while making a real impact on patients’ smiles and confidence.

Qualifications

• Must have computer and technical aptitude to navigate a digital lab environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise denture work.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in fabrication and repairs.
• Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment/bench test.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Previous experience working in a dental office is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for a 15+ week training period.
• Relocation to support training and placement is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction

• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases
• Assist with the preparation of laboratory supply orders
• Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
