Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-level Denture Lab Technician - Digital. You will learn digital denture production using cutting-edge technology and training designed to help you grow within the practice.

The role involves collaborating with dentists to fabricate dentures, perform repairs, relines and re-bases, and support the patient care team from day one. Travel for a 15+ week training period and relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Computer and technical aptitude required to navigate a digital workflow.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity is essential.
• Attention to detail for precise denture fabrication.
• Must pass a hands-on skill assessment/bench test.
• Willingness to travel for a 15+ week training period.
• Relocation is strongly preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Experience working in a dental office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
• Print and fabricate dentures.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
• Assist with preparation of laboratory supply orders.
• Work with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
