Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-level Denture Lab Technician to support our denture fabrication and repairs. You will participate in our training program to learn traditional and digital production techniques, work closely with dentists, and contribute to better smiles in your community.

This full-time role offers hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment, and opportunities for career development within a supportive, collaborative environment. Relocation after training may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for denture fabrication.
• Ability to learn traditional and digital denture production techniques.
• Willingness to relocate after the training period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dentists to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Assemble and fabricate dentures according to specifications.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
• Assist with lab supply orders and cooperate with the dental team.

• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction
• Assemble / fabricate dentures
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases
• Assist with the preparation of laboratory supply ordersWork collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to pay attention to details
• The ability to pass a hands‑on skill assessment/bench test
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
• Experience working in a dental office a plus
• Ability to relocate after training period is required
