Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-level Denture Lab Technician - Digital to join our team in a fast-growing dental service organization. You will learn digital denture production through our industry-leading training program and contribute to better smiles in the community.

This full-time, on-site position offers an hourly wage of $21–$25, along with paid training, health benefits, and opportunities for career development as you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Computer and technical aptitude required to navigate a digital world.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to pay attention to details and pass hands-on skill assessments.
• Willingness to travel for a 15+ week training period and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
• Print and fabricate dentures.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
• Assist with the preparation of laboratory supply orders.
• Work with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

• Experience working in a dental office a plus
• Willingness to travel for a 15+ week training period
• Ability to relocate is strongly preferred
